Lore DB is built for collaboration. Share libraries with your team using invite links or direct email invitations.

Inviting members by email

Open a library you own, go to the Members section, and type in a colleague’s email address. Choose their role (Viewer or Editor) and click Add. They’ll see the library next time they log in.

Sharing via invite link

For broader sharing, generate an invite link. Anyone with the link can join the library as a Viewer. You can regenerate the link at any time to invalidate the old one. Invite links are great for sharing with larger groups or in Slack channels.

Joining a library from an invite

When someone shares an invite link with you, click it and you’ll see a preview of the library. Click “Join” to add it to your Libraries list. You’ll join as a Viewer by default — the library owner can upgrade your role later.

Managing members and roles

Library owners can see all members, change roles (promote a Viewer to Editor), and remove members. Non-owners can leave a library themselves using the “Leave” button. The owner of a library cannot be removed.
